1. Where does Hudson Online Shop deliver to and how long does the shipping take?

The Hudson Online Shop delivers to Germany free shipping cost for orders exceeding € 25,00. Orders below € 25,00 will be charged with € 4,95. Shipments to Austria are free of charge for orders exceeding € 40,00. Orders below € 40,00 will be charged with € 6,95. The Hudson Online Shop delivers to your desired address also to your workplace, friends, family or neighbors. Please fill in the desired address for each delivery. Otherwise, the order will be sent to the ordering address. Shipment to a P.O. Box is not possible. The invoice address is always the ordering address. A shipment to other countries is not possible. You have full right of free return within 14 days of receiving the goods.

The goods are delivered within 3-7 days, as long as the order is placed on a working day (Monday to Friday until 14:00). Orders received after 14:00, on weekends or holiday will be effected the following working day. The Hudson Online Shop informs you by email about having received your order. If nobody is at home to receive the deliveryat the delivery address, the goods can be collected at the post office within 7 days. Shipment is effected through Deutsche Post AG.

2. Does Hudson also deliver to DHL packstations?

Yes, Hudson also ships to DHL packstations. Please insert the DHL packstation ID in the delivery address. Further details tabout DHL packstations can be found here.

4. Is there a minimum or maximum order?

No, there is no minimum or maximum order. Shipments to Germany are free of charge for orders exceeding € 25,00. Orders below € 25,00 will be charged with € 4,95.Express shipments are charged with € 15,00.
Shipments to Austria are free of charge for orders exceeding € 40,00. Orders below € 40,00 will be charged with € 6,95.

5. Are all articles always available for immediate delivery?

In the shop you only will find articles and colors displayed that are available on stock. If a standard color is not available, you will be informed by email as soon as the color is on stock.

7. Which payment methods can I use in the Hudson Online Shop?

Payment by credit card

We accept MasterCard and Visa. In order to protect your credit card details, the data is transferred in an encrypted form (SSL) which cannot be seen by a third person. After choosing the payment method in the shop, you will be asked to enter you credit card number, expiry date and the credit card verification code. The Card Verification Value/Code number consists of the last three numbers printed in the signature field on the back of the card.

In the event of credit card fraud, please contact your credit card institution. In the event of misuse, you will be reimbursed by the credit card company. Most credit card institutions generally carry all costs or limit your liability to an equity contribution of not more than € 50,00.

We accept payment through your PayPal account. In order to protect your credit card details, the data is transferred in an encrypted form (SSL) which cannot be seen by a third person. After choosing the payment method, please logon to PayPal with your login details and effect payment.
